Every inspection is different. In order to give you an accurate and fair price of inspecting your property, I will need to find out a little more about the home you are buying or selling. A typical home inspection will take around 3 hours to perform; however, some may take longer.

 

                                                               

What is considered when determining your home inspection price:

  • Year the home was built

  • Square footage of the home

  • Number of stories

  • Any remodeling done

  • Any outbuildings on property

  • Extra living areas on property

  • Detached garages

  • Crawlspaces

  • Swimming Pool and/or Spa
